Central Azucarera de Tarlac, known in the Philippine sugar industry as CAT, is an integrated manufacturing plant producing both raw and refined sugar, alcohol, liquid carbon dioxide and yeast. The factory is located in a 50-hectare land located inside the Luisita Agro-Industrial Complex in San Miguel, Tarlac City, Tarlac.
